- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first nights deposit is non refundable
- If cancelled or modified 30 days or fewer before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please Note: We are an adult only resort, no children under 16 years old policy.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of our email confirmation. Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
You can only book a room category, not a specific room number. If you would like a specific room number please contact us directly with your request; we will, of course, endeavour to honour your request where possible. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment by Direct Credit or Visa and MasterCard only.
Arrival & Flight Details
Please advise your flight details and times, by email or phone at the time of booking. If you are travelling to Rarotonga from New Zealand or Australia you will cross the International Date Line and gain one day, for example, leave NZ on Saturday - arrive Rarotonga Friday. Please ensure that you book the correct day of arrival – local Rarotonga time.
Airport Transfers
We can arrange these for you.
Please note: for flights arriving after 6:00 pm we strongly recommend that you use our airport transfer service as the driver will check you into your room.
Round trip transfers cost $56.00 (NZD) per person. Arrival only transfers cost $28.00 (NZD) per person.

We strongly recommend you have travel insurance to cover your accommodation and airline commitments should any unforeseen circumstances occur.
