At the time of making a reservation your credit card details will be required to secure the booking in regard to our cancellation policy. No charges will be taken at that time.
At check-in a credit card must be provided to cover all charges incurred. Alternatively a $250.00 bond will be required.
Our check in time is between the hours of 2pm and 8pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure. Variations outside these times must be arranged with reception prior to the day of arrival or departure so that staffing arrangements can be made.
All our rooms and indoor guest service area's are strictly non-smoking. Ash trays are provided outside in designated areas.
Please note that bookings made are only valid for the dates as booked and for the number of people indicated. We reserve the right to have periods of minimum stays, and a maximum number of guests in our rooms.Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, otherwise if we are unable to relet the room(s) cancelled within that time frame then cancellation fees to recover the lost earnings may apply. The fees will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
