Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 4:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
- To cover incidentals, loss or damage, we will hold a security deposit of $150 USD on your card.
- Kindly know there is a $250 USD smoking fee should you smoke in the suite and on the verandah. Guests may smoke in the garden.
Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation charges will apply:
Bookings 1 to 18 nights
- Cancellation within 60 to 3 days of arrival, 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation or changes within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost.
- No shows and early check-outs, 100 % of the total accommodation cost.
- Kindly note, all deposit refunds will be net a 10% non-refundable administrative charge (card processing fees and booking charge).
- Deposits are refunded within 6 weeks of cancellation.
- Cancellation within 180 to 61 days of arrival, 25% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation within 60 to 3 days of arrival, 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation or changes within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost.
- No shows and early check-outs, 100 % of the total accommodation cost.
- Kindly note, all deposit refunds will be net a 10% non-refundable administrative charge (card processing fees and booking charge).
- Deposits are refunded within 6 weeks of cancellation.
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are inclusive of VAT and Service charge. In addition, a US $3.25/night mandatory Government Climate Resiliency Levy (CRL) will be charged.
