CANCELLATION POLICY
Make sure you read our policy before booking. Payment of the deposit will be taken as confirmation that you have read and will comply with our Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
For all reservations:
*Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
*If payment by credit card is not an option for you, please contact us at info@hoteltikitikitulum.com to discuss alternative payment options.
*There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
*Any changes to the reservation are subject to availability and changes in the room rate.
*A service charge of 2.5% of your room rate will be added to your bill to share with our support staff.
*At the time of check-in we will place a block on your credit card for 150 USD or $3,000 Mexican Pesos as a guarantee, which will not be charged if not necessary.
*It is important to use the safe to protect your belongings, the property is not responsible for lost items.
*Late check out may be considered based on availability at no additional cost until 2:00 PM, after that time the hourly charge is 25 USD or $500 Mexican Pesos.
General conditions:
*When booking, we require payment of a deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation, including taxes.
*Cancellations made up to 10 AM, 05 days prior to arrival will have no penalty.
*Cancellations made up 11 AM, 05 days prior to arrival date will have penalty of 50% of the total value of the reservation.
*Upon arrival at the hotel, the remaining value of the entire reservation is paid. From this moment on, this is non-refundable.
High Season (December 23 to January 10):
*Reservation during the holiday season requires a 5-night minimum stay.
*When booking, we require payment of a deposit of 100% of the total value of the reservation, including taxes.
*If the reservation is canceled at any time the charge/payment applies as a penalty and cannot be refunded.
GROUPS (3 rooms or more):
*When booking, we require payment of a deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation, including taxes.
*This 50% deposit of the total is non-refundable.
*No changes can be made to the reservation 60 days or less from the arrival date.
*Upon arrival at the hotel, the remaining value of the entire reservation is paid.
*From this moment on, this is non-refundable and changes cannot be made.
Liability and force majeure (outside our control). Hotel Tiki Tiki, the owners or the staff, cannot be held responsible for events that are beyond our control, such as, but not limited to:
*Delays or cancellations of air transportation or any type of transportation.
*Bad weather, storms and hurricanes or any type of natural disaster, diseases, Epidemics or pandemics.
*Governmental/political actions, events or situations or acts of war or terrorism.
*Electrical outages (including WIFI service) due to weather, mechanical maintenance or Construction difficulties, resulting in loss of enjoyment.
*Personal health problems or general personal situations that may affect travel plans.
*Any loss, theft or damage to personal items at any stage of your trip.
*Absence of travel documents, visas, passports, health certificates when required.
*We are not responsible for publishing travel and entry requirements into the country.
*Any accident that causes injury during any stage of your trip.
*All hospital, transportation and medical expenses are the responsibility of the guest.
*Our policies are subject to change at our discretions based on circumstances beyond our control.
TRAVEL INSURANCE. We strongly recommend that all our guests obtain quality travel insurance. Not all policies are the same. You should carefully check what is covered and what is not before choosing your coverage. Make sure your policy covers you for any unexpected changes outside of our terms and conditions.
