Terms and Conditions
1. Final payment is required on arrival date.
2. Credit card payments carry an additional 3 % bank fee. While our invoice will be raised in US Dollars, the amount charged to your credit card will be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah at the current exchange rate of our merchant bank in Indonesia.
3. Deposits will be refunded in full, less 20% of the total booking value,if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival for Normal Season and 30 days prior to arrival for High, Peak and Christmas/New Year bookings. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival Normal Season and 30 days prior to arrival for High, Peak and Christmas/New Year bookings the deposit will be forfeited.
4. In term of Force Majeure, Deposit will be keep as honor it for next year booking with voucher issued.
5. Notice of cancellation must be received by Akara Villas in writing.
6. Final payments are non-refundable.
