Terms and Conditions
The property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests. The property may contact you for this in advance.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
A security deposit of GBP 150 may be required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
When booking for 3 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave and the security deposit will not be returned.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
