Property and Cancelation Policies :
Deposit: 50% of the reservation. Final payment due at check-in.
Cancellation: Canceling within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation prior to 30 days, deposit is refundable less $50 processing fee.

Terms and Conditions
Early Check-In
Standard check-in time is 4pm. If your villa is available, upon request early check-in may be accommodated as early as 2pm free of charge. The earliest time to check-in, if the villa is available, is 12pm with an early check-in fee of 10% of the daily rate.
Extra Guests
Guests are considered ages 3 and up. Standard prices are based off of an occupancy of 8 for the 4 bedroom villas and 10 for the 5 bedroom villas. Extra guests above the standard occupancy are $30 per guest per night. Maximum guests in a 4 bedroom villa is 12 (11 adults) and maximum guests in a 5 bedroom villa is 14. These maximums include ALL guests - even guests 2 and under.
Pet Policy
Pet-friendly with $30/night per pet fee. Maximum 2 pets per villa. Pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be on the beaches. Pet type and breed restrictions apply. Contact a staff member at the resort with questions regarding breed and size restrictions. Pet must be registered before time of arrival.
Restricted breeds and pets include, but are not limited to, Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terriers/American Stafford-shire Terriers, Doberman Pincers, Bulldogs, Boxers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Wolf-Hybrids, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and any pets over the weight of 65 lbs.
