WELCOME TO THE SHORES OF DEER LAKE!

OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!

All the beauty of nature, with all the comforts of home!

We offer newly renovated suites right on the beautiful shores of Deer Lake. Each suite is well equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living space, private bedroom and full bathroom. The suite comfortably sleeps up to four people, with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and another queen-sized mattress in the pull out sofa found in the living room.

The property is located only three hours North of Toronto via 400 / Hwy 11, and is right on the waters edge with stunning views right from your suite. You will find our private sandy beach and campfire pit just a few steps outside your door.

Our suites are equipped with smart TVs which are loaded with Netflix. The kitchen area is stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, plates and other cookware. Towels and bed linens are supplied, however *please bring your own toiletries*.

Local Amenities and Things to Do:

-Beach and lake access for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, or fishing!

-Canoes, Kayaks, and Mountain Bikes available for daily rental during the summer season.

-Common local fish are Large & Small Mouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Perch.

-Nearby trails at Mikisew, Restoule, Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Park

-Many local farm markets are open for fresh produce, meat and sundries.

-Eagle Lake Golf Course and Country Club only 10 mins from our location.

-Winter activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing. Must bring your own equipment.

-Great location for snowmobiling, located right on major snow trail C105D.

-Closest local towns of South River, Sundridge and Magnetawan all about 25 minutes away.

Equipment Rentals for Summer Season:

All recreational equipment is rented out on a daily basis per vehicle (not per person).

Kayak Day Pass: $10/Boat

Canoe Day Pass: $20/Boat

We are now allowing our guests to bring along their pets!

We ask that you tell us in advance if you plan on bringing any animals.

There are certain limitations, and a flat rate fee:

Small/Medium sized pets: $50/ea

Fees for animals will be added after check in. Taxes not included.

Ask us about our whole building rentals, with special discounts on group accommodation if you rent all 5 suites. Overnight accommodations will suit up to 20 people. Subject to availability, contact us for further details.

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel this reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellations made after 48 hours from time of booking will result in the loss of your deposit.
Full Charge for the reservation will apply if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
