Ave Maria is a pristine gem just miles away from the beauty that is the Florida Everglades. Get away to this peaceful and quaint community with the beautiful Ave Maria church as the centerpiece. Or, if schooling is more important, the Ave Maria university is located within walking distance of both the church and the beautiful Ave Maria rental condos. We have two and three bedroom rentals available, each with two queen beds (3 bedroom units have a pull out sofa in an office setting), en suite master bathrooms and a shared/common bathroom for the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchens are included, with a Publix located right within the Ave Maria community. Pool and exercise facilities are available for our guests who are staying with us for 30 days or more. All units are located on the second floor around the main church plaza (elevator access included) with balconies looking out at the beautiful locales of Ave Maria.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more before check in are subject to 100% refund of deposit (50% of reservation total).
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more before check in are subject to 50% of deposit (25% of reservation total).
Reservations cancelled within 14 days are subject to 0% refund.
Covid-19 Cancellation notice: Ave Maria Rentals, FL is doing everything within reason to be flexible in this turbulent times. Guests are encouraged to reach out to reservations team for any reason for advice.
Terms and Conditions
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
By making a reservation guests agree to the following provisions:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b.All debris, garbage and discards are placed in trash can, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
c. No linens are lost or damaged.
PAYMENT – A refundable security deposit of $500 up to $1000 is required at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due no less than 14 days before arrival. Please contact Madelyn Boelter (321-278-9920) for payment information. Deposits may be refunded no less than 14 days after check out, minus any damages found in the unit during cleaning.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Renters must cancel thirty (30)days prior to check-in. Renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to check-in.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or special events.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. For reservations lasting longer than 30 nights a $100 processing fee will be collected.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Although linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning"area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,"area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Parking:You have 2 assigned parking spaces, both marked with unit number (One is inside secured parking and the other is outside in the public area). To enter into the covered parking area with your car, please Enter *code provided upon reservation* in the keypad. To enter into the covered parking area using the pedestrian gate, enter*code provided upon reservation* on the keypad on lock.
Elevator Access:Krystal will provide this at time of check-in.
Pool Access (Only available to guests staying 30 days or more):Use your unit key or key provided by Krystal. Open from dawn to dusk. No life guard on duty. Pool is heated during winter months only.
Wi-Fi: Network name and password instructions will be left inside your condo.
A/C settings:To change temperature on thermostat, raise or lower accordingly. Hit “hold” and temperature will remain the same for the duration of your stay. We recommend that thermostat is never set below 68 and never higher than 80. Please leave fan on “auto”.
Trash/recycling:A self-contained dumpster (green) is available in parking lot. Please note that the left side is for recycle items, the right side is for regular garbage.
Grocery Store: Publix, located at 4975 Avila Ave, Ave Maria, FL 34142, is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Upon Departure Please:
- Remove all trash from condo (see above for disposal location)·
- Leave used beds unmade·
