CANCELLATION
A reservation is valid immediately after booking. Tuckamore Lodge must always be informed of a cancellation in writing or by phone. Not making the payment is not a cancellation!
General terms of cancellation
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is done less than 2 days before arrival, cancellation fee is the cost of one full night accommodation and will be charged to the credit card on file.
RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION FOR TUCKAMORE LODGE
Tuckamore Lodge has a right to cancel the reservation. In such a case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the payment made to Tuckamore Lodge. Tuckamore Lodge may cancel a reservation if the customer has not followed the terms of payment.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tuckamore Lodge observes the following terms and conditions for reservation of accommodation and services. These conditions are binding for both parties from the moment the guest makes a reservation.
1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Tuckamore Lodge does not make preliminary reservations. A reservation is binding from the moment it is made, whether it was made via internet, telephone or in writing. Person who makes the reservation as well as checking in must be at least 18 years old.
General payment terms
Guest must make reservation by entering a valid credit card. Nothing will be charged to your card at the time of reservation. This applies to online, telephone or in-person reservations.
Full payment is due on or prior to check-out.
2. RECEIVING AND USING ACCOMMODATION, RETURNING THE KEY
Check-in starts at 1300 hours / 1 pm. Check-out is at 1100 hours / 11 am. If you will be arriving late, please let us know approximate time of arrival.If you have a voucher from a travel agent, present it upon check-in.When you arrive, the key is in the room door. When you leave, put the key back in the door.There is no locksmith in the area, persons leaving without leaving the key will have a charge of $25.00 billed to their credit card or their agent.
3. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about the reservation or the condition of the room must be expressed immediately after they arise. You may also give feedback in writing e-mail info@tuckamorelodge.com
4. SMOKING, PETS
No smoking in building. Smoking in rooms is forbidden and there will be a charge of $250 for any infractions. No pets are allowed.
