Remaining balance is due at time of arrival. Reservations cancelled or modified more than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be fully refunded. NO SHOWS, cancellations, or modifications of the reservation made within 48 hours of arrival date result in full forfeiture of reservation deposit. Early departures are subject to full forfeiture of reservation total.
WINTER - December 20, 2024 through March 31, 2025: A deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax might be charged before arrival day. Remaining balance is due at time of arrival. Reservations cancelled or modified more than 2 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded. Christmas Week Cancellation Policy December 20, 2024 to January 2, 2025 - 14 days cancellation policy on One Bedroom Suite and One Bedroom Apartment. If cancelled or modified within 14 days - 50% of the total stay will be charged.
