Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 1st night plus taxes - nonrefundable at time of booking.
- 1 day before check-in - 100% of stay is nonrefundable.
- No shows are responsible for 100% of the stay and do not receive a credit towards a future stay
- No refunds due to ferry
- Rentals from Isla Grande can not go on the ferry.
- Must receive letter of approval, in advanced, from the mayor if you live in Puerto Rico to bring a car to Vieques.
- If tickets are not available online - Remaining tickets are sold at the ferry terminal window.
Terms and Conditions
- There is a 7% room tax fee added to base cost of room.
- Quiet Hours after 10pm to respect our neighbors and other guests.
- Smoking allowed on the downstairs covered patio only. $300 + tax deep cleaning charge for smoking in rooms.
- Damaged or missing items (towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc) will incur a fee.
- Occupancy per room will be strictly enforced per fire codes. Children count as guests. If you have to pay for a plane ticket or ferry ticket for that child, they count towards room occupancy!

- If a confirmed booking shows up with additional guests, THE RESERVATION IS NO LONGER VALID, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL COST OF STAY, AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO FIND DIFFERENT ACCOMODATIONS.
- Gated parking on site.
