Front's hour is 8am. - 11pm. All rooms are safe and secure with the security doors and CCTV. Each floor has several communal showers and toilets as well as super-fast wi-fi throughout the hostel.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Private dorms (4, 6, and 8 beds dorms): Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
Private rooms: Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
Non-refundable booking: Cannot be refund or modify the dates.
The cancellation or modification request must come in (by email only) before 11:00 A.M. (local time) on the mentioned date. All the reservation made on Check-In date cannot be cancel or modify.
Failure to follow such policy or no show will result in a full charge of the booking.

1. Check-in Time:
From 14:00. Please feel free to leave your luggages at the lobby area if you come early.
Key deposit: 100 thb
Towel deposit: 200 thb (Towels are not allow outside the hostel)
3. Payment:
We accept the payment via following options;
Children mean age up to 14 years old
Children are allow only in the private room.
Children age up to 8 years old can stay for free in private room. Only 1 Child per room is allowed.
Children age from 9 years old are required to stay in extra bed. Please contact us prior booking.
Children are not allow to stay in dorm rooms.
6. No smoking in rooms: 2,000 thb fine for the violation.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Drugs and weapons are not allowed.
9. Disturbing/Violation/Sexual harassment/ Sex in Dorm etc. : You will be ask to leave with no refund. If any guest complains, you will be fine at least 1,000 baht and required to refund them for their night. Police will be inform if necessary.
10. Damages: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hostel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, invoice will be send to guest’s email/address, if no response, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card that recorded on their booking.
