Room rates do not include tax
Reservations secured with a deposit of 60% of the total. Deposits refunded if cancelled 14 or more days prior to scheduled arrival, less a $40 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged the balance of the entire scheduled stay.
Balance due upon day of scheduled arrival.
Check in from 3pm until 8pm. If you plan on arriving after 8pm please call or email to set up a late check in. Once you do, you can arrive as late as necessary.
Check out is 11am.
A two-night minimum is required for all Jun/July/August/Sep/Oct weekends, along with major holidays.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building. Outside decks and porches are available for smokers.
Room guest limits are strictly enforced and violators subject to additional charges ($100/night per extra guest)
Pets are not allowed.
Parking is free and always available.
