- At least 14 days notice, prior to date of arrival, is required for 100% refund of room deposit. there will be a charge of $20.00 for credit card processing fees.
- Deposit will be forfiet if canceling within 14 days of your arrival date.
- Refunds are not given for early departures.
- If a No Show 100% is charged and NON refundable

By choosing to reserve with us, you are agreeing to our policies voluntarily.
Rates: Based on double occupancy before 11.42% lodging tax. Deposits: 100% of stay, plus tax, is required to hold the reservation.
If Cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival 100% of your deposit will be refunded, Excluding a credit card processing fee of 20.00 non refundable.
If it is within the 14 days of arrival the deposit is non refundable.

- Our self check-in enables you to come and go as you please, whenever you please! Why come check in when you can spend the afternoon exploring. Please check the entryway upon arrival for self check-in. Check-in time is ALL about YOU! We know there is SO much to see and do in Moab and so little time.

- Self check-out! Leave your key in your room.
There are no accommodations for pets but please check out the boarders in Moab here.
