Our price per night rates are shown on the website. All prices are subject to an additional Harmonized Sales Tax of 13%.
We accept payment for your stay upon arrival and your acceptance of your room. Payment may be made using cash, e-transfer, Visa or Mastercard.
Our rooms were designed for couples, if you have an additional person accompanying you, an additional charge of $50 will be added to the cost of your stay.
Accessibility is limited at 173 High Street. Your rooms are above retail store here in downtown Southampton with 20 steps up (and down!).
Parking is free and available in the gravel lot behind our building. The lot is connected to the front entrance via a public alley.
173 High Street is a smoke free building. We ask that you not smoke or vape anywhere on the premises. Should you chose to ignore this policy a $250 charge will be added to the cost of your stay
