Before arrival, we will get your arrival information, as we provide complimentary airport pick up at the Placencia Airport. Check in is 3pm but we will make every effort to have your suite ready at arrival. Check out is at 11am. We can arrange to hold luggage at check in/out and you are welcome to use our outdoor amenities.
