Accommodation requirements at Bangkok voyage boutique
1. The guests are not allowed to do anything that is against the law or ethics, such as drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc.
2. Please keep the cleanliness inside the building and rooms and do not bring animals. In case of stained bedsheets, linens, towels, etc. There will be a charge for professional service to clean those items in the amount of 5,000 THB.
3. No smoking inside the room and other places inside the building except outside the building provided by the hotel , violation for this rule will result in 10,000 THB.
4. Do not bring flammable, hazardous materials, illegal drugs of all kinds into the hotel.
5. Do not use electrical appliances with watts other than Thailand’s 220 watt without an step-up or step-down adapter.
6. The facilities of the Hotel are for the enjoyment of all guests. To this end, care shall be taken to respect the infrastructure. In particular, furniture shall not be moved and nothing may be fixed to furniture or walls.
7. Do not leave paper or sanitary napkins or other items that are causing the blockage in the toilet. if guests cause the blockage of the toilet. the guest will responsible for un-blockage services in the amount of 5,000 THB.
8. The hotel check in from 14:00-22:00 checkout not later than 12:00 of the next day.
9. In the case of any items of the hotel is damaged or lost, caused by guest actions Guests are responsible for compensation to the hotel as the hotel appraised the value of lost/ damage item(s).
10. Only registered guests are permitted in the Hotel, other than for brief visits in common areas. No overnight visitors are permitted.
11. Guests shall behave appropriately and with discretion at all times, respectful of the Hotel environment and staff, as well as of other guests.
12. During the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, guests shall be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity.
13. Food must be consumed only in common areas and food waste must be properly disposed of. Do not bring items that have a strong odor or food to eat in the room.
14. Guests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at all times.
15. Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. The hotel is not responsible in the event of their theft, loss or damage. Lost and Found items will be kept by the Housing Service for 1 week. They can be retrieved at the Hotel Reception only. No items can be sent. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests additional cleaning or damage fees, or to evict guests if they fail to comply with the above mentioned rules.
