- 42 days or more before the day of check-in: Travelers are eligible for a refund minus the 2.9% credit card processing fee.
- 21 days-42 days before the day of check-in: No refunds will be issued, A credit of the 50% deposit can be used for up to 6 months from the original date of check-in.
- 14-20 days before check-in: Guests are charged 100% of the booking amount. If a guest needs to rebook, the booking amount can be used for up to 6 from the original date of check-in.
- 0-14 before check-in: Guests are charged 100% of the booking amount. No credits, alterations, or refunds will be issued.
- If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date the reservation will be considered a “no-show” and NO refunds or credit will be given and the reservation will be cancelled.
- Cards on file can be charged 100% of the booking total 20 days before arrival.
- Credits are issued in dollar amounts and are only valid for accommodations. Rates are subject to change and availability is not guaranteed.
- Modifications and credits will only be allowed once per reservation and are only valid for direct reservations through arcaroatan.com. Rates are subject to dynamic fluctuations and may change without prior notice. Should you require any modifications to your reservation, the updated rate applicable for the adjusted date will be enforced. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
- If you choose to abandon your reservation early you will be charged the entire booking amount. Full payment is collected upon check-in.
- Peak Season dates have no refunds, alterations, cancellations, or credits. These dates are December 23rd- January 2nd of any year.

- Age Requirements: Starting 12/21/23, Arca will accept reservations for children aged 12 and older. Reservations made before this date remain unaffected.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult and may not be left unattended.
- A 50% deposit will be collected upon booking and the remaining balance will be collected 14 days prior to arrival.
- CHECKOUT: 11 am; Late checkout is subject to availability. If approval is not granted, late checkout may result in an additional night charge.
- PRICES AND TAXES: As mandated by the government of Honduras, you will see a 15% sales tax and a 4% tourism tax included in the bill.
- SMOKING: All indoor spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking in your room will result in a $500 charge plus any damage that may occur.
- OUTSIDE VENDORS: For security and hygiene purposes, only screened, approved, and partnered vendors are allowed on the property (e.g., massages, tour operators, Chefs, hair/makeup, photography). Guests can utilize any vendors of their choice at the vendors establishment.
- PET POLICY: Dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed and approved before booking. All dogs must be leashed and no more than one per room. A pet fee of $150 will be charged along with a refundable pet deposit of $500. Dogs may not be left in your accommodations alone. We are happy to provide you with pet-sitting service options. Showing up with an animal without prior permission may result in a full charge for your stay and cancellation of your reservation.
- REGISTERED GUESTS: Accommodations will only be provided to those guests registered with Arca. Unauthorized guests will result in a charge of $250 per night to the guest.
- Ocean View Luxury Suites are now named Jungle Luxury Suites. The room type, location, and view remain unchanged.
- Any and all damages caused by the guest or guests of guests will be charged in full to the registered guest.
- Arca Roatan S.A., its owners, members, stockholders or employees are not responsible for lost or stolen objects or any personal injury or death.* Age Requirements: Starting 12/21/23, Arca will accept reservations for children aged 12 and older.
