Property and Cancelation Policies :
We offer 100% FREE cancellation and full refund up until check-in if:
- You are tested positive for Covid-19 and are under quarantine which has not ended prior to your flight departure or check-in time at our hotel
- You test positive on the PCR test prior to embarking on the trip and are not allowed to board the plane or enter Sri Lanka without quarantine
- Sri Lankan authorities issue lockdown or any other forms of regulations that prevent us from running the retreat (please note that we may be able to operate even though there is a lockdown since we are in the tourism sector)
Free date change to any new date for any reason:
- For any other reason that you may want to postpone the trip, we will accept a free date change to any other date within 12 months from the original booked date
- Date change must be requested by email no later than one week prior to check-in
- If the rate for the requested new date is different we will only charge you the difference
We also recommend that you:
- Get comprehensive travel insurance with cancellation and Covid protection (you’re anyway required to have travel insurance with a health protection plan to participate at the retreat)
- Purchase flight tickets with flexible booking terms
- Check if your credit card may give you additional cancellation policies
- In the arrival requirements you must get Sri Lanka Covid insurance for only 12 USD, it's actually a quite good policy with a minimum of up to 50,000 USD for hospital bills, PCR tests, flight changes, Covid quarantine hotel costs, etc.
Any cancellation/amendment should always be advised in writing via email and is only confirmed once you have a confirmation from the manager via email. If canceled we will transfer the money back to the same account you paid with, please note that any transfer fees will be deducted. Please allow 30 days to transfer back the amount to you.
No show If the guest is not present upon check in the entire reservation will be canceled and the booking will not be refundable.
Children policy
Due to the outlay of our hotel, we can unfortunately not accept children under 12.
Terms and Conditions
The front desk is open 7:30am-9pm, if you arrive outside of these times please notify the front desk prior to your arrival. If you are arriving out of these hours you can collect the keys from the security which is available 24/7.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the room rate, breakfast hours are 7:30-10am.
EXTRA BED
Extra bed for one adult/child is available only for the suite’s at an extra charge of 50 USD per night, this needs to be pre-booked. It is a foldable bed and not a normal bed. The rate includes breakfast.
PAYMENT
Tax & Service charge is included in the room rate. We need to add an online payment fee of 4% or minimum for online payments or credit or debit card payments. We take LKR and USD notes as well as credit/debit card.
OTHER INFO
Ceylon Sliders is not liable to any theft, damage, health issues or any other events that may happen to the guest or it's company. It's is the guests responsibility to hold the necessary insurance to cover any such theft, damage, injury during the stay or during any activities during the stay - such as surfing or yoga.
SURF LESSONS
We offer great surf lessons with our ISA certified surf coaches, with Weligama being one of the top destinations for surfing in the world we highly recommend surfing when you are here. Surf lessons need to be booked in advance, please make a bookings request prior to arrival via our website to ensure we can schedule it nicely during your stay.
