Property and Cancelation Policies :
• Failure to guarantee your reservation 7 days prior to arrival may cause cancellation of your booking without prior notice.
• Once reservation is guaranteed, it is no longer cancellable and non-refundable. Re-booking to another date within the year is allowed.
• Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.
No Show or Shorten Stay Policy:
• No shows including same day cancellation or shorten stay shall be charged the full amount equivalent to the whole duration of your reservation and/or forfeiture of all payments made.
Terms and Conditions
• Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Valid ID with photo or passport must be presented at Front Desk upon check-in.
• Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 8:00 PM.
• Bringing in of food and beverages is highly discouraged. But if you wish to do so, light snacks may be allowed.
• The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of PHP1,000 will be charged for cooking in a room.
• The resort will not be held responsible for any lost valuables inside the guest's room. Safety deposit box is available at the Front Desk.
• Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their room or any internal/external areas of the resort.
• SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the room. A deep cleaning surcharge of PHP500.00 per day will apply if you do so.
We are a Pet-Friendly Resort
• There is a limit of 2 pets per room, we welcome small pets only.
• Pets cannot be left unattended in guestrooms.
• Pets must be leashed while on the hotel property.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets.
• Additional fees may apply if the damage is found in the room upon check out
• Please understand that should your pet disturb other resort guests; the resort will have no other choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet.
