Terms and Conditions
Payment can be made using deposit in the bank account or transfer to the bank account.
Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the hotel policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation. The customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Hotel shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if booking is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
Check-in / Check-out policy :
Hotel standard Check-in time is 02.00pm. and Check-out time is 12.00pm.
Early Check-in and late Check-out are available on subject to availability.
Smoking Policy :
We are smoke free property. This is includes rooms, patios, balconies, hallways. If guests wish to smoke, they need to be outside the hotel building. By acknowledging and signing this agreement you are confirming that you agree to a THB 2,000 (minimum). Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines on smoking in public places.
One child under 11 years old stay free of charge. All other children are considered for total capacity allowed per room.
The amount of guest per room is limited to 2 adults and one child for standard room, 3 adults and one child for family room.
If this policy violated, the incidental deposit will be forfeited.
Rental agreement :
- The property and privacy of the neighbours, not to make excessive noise between 9.00pm. and 07.00am. Any noise or loud is not permitted and is subject to immediate termination of the reservation and the room will be revoked along with a THB 2,000 charge.
- Our hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things. If you did forget something, you can contact our hotel to get your items and returned to you. The hotel is not responsible for any shipping costs, coordination, or damage to your items.
Damage Policy :
Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of equipment or furniture in the room. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out. If any damaged you will be subject to the charges.
Please be aware that bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the room. Any damages to the towels, linens, or room equipment / furniture may result in additional fees and charges.
Pet policy :
We are pet friendly hotel (small pets only) under 10kg. maximum 2pets per room. Pet must be declared during guest registration.
- Pet must be well-behaved or trained and appropriately restrained by owner.
- Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel public area. Remember, Pet never be left alone in the room unless in a cage.
- Pets are not allowed in breakfast area, 3rd-5th floor, pool area of the hotel.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to respect other guests.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of such damages.
Parking policy :
Each guest reservation is permitted 1 free parking spot.
The hotel does not take any responsibility for damage, accident, or loss to your vehicle.
To conserve resources and minimize environmental impacts. room refreshes, and turneddown services will not be offered during stayed that are any less than 3 nights. Should you need fresh towels, linens, or additional supplies, please contact front desk with room number.
Guest Safety Policy :
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. Security cameras are used throughout the premises, and any on our property may be recored. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using any of our communal areas & facilities.
