Booking Information
Rates: All rates are based on availability and, unless otherwise specified, are subject to change at any time. Upon booking, rates will be confirmed by email; confirmed rates do not include incidentals and are for the number of room occupants, per room, per night only.
Advanced Deposit: An advanced deposit equal to the guest’s first night, plus tax, is required at the time of booking. Wilshire Motel reserves the right to cancel, without notice, any reservation booked without an advanced deposit. All rooms secured by an advanced deposit will be held until 11:59 PM on the day of arrival, at which point the guest is marked as a “No Show” and the advanced deposit is forfeited to Wilshire Motel as payment for abandonment of the guest’s reservation.
Payment Information: Wilshire Motel accepts all major credit cards (VI, MC, DI, AX). We do not accept mobile pay technologies or cryptocurrency payments at this time.
Taxes: All Motel bills are subject to a 14% occupancy tax, which will be added to the bill.Applicable taxes, service charges, and value added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the Motel bill unless indicated as a package feature. The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations booked at Wilshire Motel are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy; guests canceling within 48-hours of their arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the advanced deposit. If a guest does not arrive for their reservation, they will be marked as a “No Show” and charged a cancellation fee. A full refund of the advanced deposit will be granted for all guests cancelling at least 48-hours prior to their arrival date.

Check-In: You must be 18 or older to check-in; a valid ID and credit card must be presented at that time. A minimum $150.00 incidentals hold will be placed on your credit card. As necessary, we may request members of your party to show ID and reserve the right to deny service upon refusal of such a request.
Checkout: The guest room must be vacated by 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified by our staff. A room inspection will be completed upon your departure; incidentals may apply if the room is not left in a condition The Wilshire Motel deems as reasonable (see “Room Condition” below).
Incidentals Hold: A minimum $150.00 credit card hold for incidentals is required per room, per reservation, upon check-in. Wilshire Motel reserves the right to increase or charge the incidentals hold as necessary and at our sole discretion. If no incidentals are applied to your reservation, the incidentals hold will be released upon checkout.
Property Policies
COVID-19: Wilshire Motel requires all guests and staff to wear a face covering and maintain a 6 ft. distance from one another while in common areas of the motel. We reserve the right to deny service to guests displaying symptoms of COVID-19, as defined by local, state, and federal public health authorities, or to guests violating our COVID-19 policies or local, state, or federal public health advisements. For more information regarding our approach to COVID-19 prevention, ask us about our “Wilshire Protect” program.
Room Condition: Wilshire Motel strives to provide clean and affordable accommodations to all guests; as such, guests are expected to keep the guest room in a reasonably clean condition. A room left in an unreasonable condition may include, but is not limited to, human, animal, or biological waste, property damage, excessive trash, stains, or smells. A damage or cleaning fee will be applied to reservations in violation of our Room Condition policy, as necessary and at the sole discretion of Wilshire Motel.
Pets: Wilshire Motel is a pet-free property; service animals, excluding emotional support animals, are welcome. A $250.00 pet fee will be applied to reservations in violation of our Pet Free policy.
Smoking: Wilshire Motel is a smoke-free property; guests who would like to smoke are directed off the property to do so. A $250.00 smoking fee will be applied to reservations in violation of our Smoke Free policy.
Parking: Our parking is limited and can only accommodate compact and mid-size vehicles; over-sized vehicles are not permitted. One parking space per reservation is provided at the time of arrival, subject to availability. Our staff will strive to make available on-site parking when needed. All parked vehicles must show a parking pass; if a pass is not shown, the vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense. A second vehicle is allowed per reservation, subject to availability and a vehicle fee.
Terms and Conditions
Liability: Wilshire Motel assumes no liability for the theft, loss, or damage to guest’s vehicles, vehicle accessories, or items within vehicles parked on the property and is not liable for the loss or damage of guest’s property left in the guest room other than as required by the Hotel Proprietor’s Act of 1956, or any other applicable law. Wilshire Motel is not liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss (whether caused by the motel’s negligence, its employees, contractors, agents, or otherwise).
Medical Conditions: Wilshire Motel takes the comfort and safety of our guests seriously. If you, or any member of your party, has a medical condition that may affect your stay please contact us so that we may prepare your accommodations or inform you of property limitations. We reserve the right to deny service if we cannot safely or appropriately accommodate a reservation.
Property Accessibility: Wilshire Motel offers an accessible path of travel to and into the hotel entrance, and an accessible check-in reception counter. Our breakfast room has accessible dining options. Designated handicapped parking is available.

Personal Information/Privacy: In order to guarantee your reservation you will need to provide us with specific personal details relating to that reservation. Your details will be used only for the purpose of handling that reservation and will be provided to the Motel in which you are staying for that specific purpose. When making a reservation you will be transferred to a secure (SSL) server in order to provide credit or debit card information. When you are transferred to this secure server you will see a padlock icon in the bottom corner of your browser window and the URL of the page you are viewing will begin with “https”. Any information you provide while you are within this secure environment is encrypted and cannot be read by a third party. When you make a reservation we will use your email address for the purpose of fulfilling that reservation. This will include sending you an email to confirm your reservation and may include additional communication should we need to contact you regarding specific requirements or a cancellation.
