We are tucked away in a quiet street just opposite arid bush land and Botanic Gardens, yet only a five minute walk from the town centre.Being the smallest, we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and friendliness, and we are happy to give you that extra bit of attention you will miss in the bigger places.You can choose between air conditioned dormitories, single, twin or double rooms, all at affordable prices.
Communal facilities include a lovely lush garden featured with a sparkling swimming pool – perfect to cool down and relax with a free tea or coffee from our big catering kitchen. After that you might like firing up the BBQ and have a chat with fellow travellers while enjoying your meal. You can also chill away in the couches in our cozy Home-Cinema TV room, featuring 300+ movies, Free TV, Soundbar and USB chargers.

Please be aware of our very strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel, we need your cancellation IN WRITING by 12pm ACST, 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE (we are SMALL, so this is necessary)... Thanks so much!
We reserve the right to charge for the first day of your booking if you are a no-show. On larger, costly multi room bookings, the cancellation policy will be 72 hours and a full refundable deposit of half the accommodation cost , has to be paid upfront!

Terms and Conditions
CHECK-IN: 2pm-7pm... If you arrive earlier than that, we need advance notice the day before, to get infos how to enter the property. You can then just leave your luggage in our CHAT ROOM, and enjoy the garden, the birds and the pool... You will find tea/coffee in the kitchen, feel free to help yourself (-:
If arriving before 10am or after 7pm please give us a call for early/late arrival with an estimated time, otherwise we will not accommodate after 7PM.
Please note that we don't have free breakfast.
For all staying guests, we require a valid PASSPORT at check-in !
We do not hold any responsibility for the safekeeping of your personal property/belongings in or around the premises. This includes all private and public areas.
Luggage left in the Chatroom (luggage room) is left at owners’ risk.
