For your next unique getaway in the heart of nature YD Guest Ranch is your choice. Our luxurious Glamping accommodations are set in the beautiful Monashee Mountains, BC. You can choose from one of our Tipis, Tent- or Rustic-Cabins or try out one of our unique Tree-Houses. All our accommodations have deluxe down duvets and luxurious amenities Traditional Western cuisine served in our Cowboy Cookhouse is so amazing and we promise you will not leave hungry. The Cowboy Cookhouse is a central fun hub for most meals and social gatherings. A great place to read a book by the crackling fire, play a game of cards or swap stories with our other guests. The door is always open and the coffee is always on! The lodge has free Wi-Fi access if you need to connect with the outside world (we don’t think you will want too). Our ranch grounds offer many places to relax, soak up the scenery or just to sit and watch the creek ramble along. The crystal waters of Monashee creek also offer a great place to cool off on those hot summer days. We want this to be an intimate retreat getaway so we limit guests to 30, and we guarantee your vacation will be an experience that will keep you coming back time and time again.

Property and Cancellation Policies:
A deposit representing 50% of the total cost of booking including taxes and service is due at time of reservation. Final payment in full is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. Refunds are not offered on unused portions of the package once booked. As YD Guest Ranch is a small and exclusive operation with international clients generally booking many months in advance, cancellations can affect us very significantly. For this reason deposit payments are 100% non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. However in the event of cancellation 60+ days in advance we will issue a certificate for the amount paid to be used within 1 calendar year. Based on the rates you had booked ie:low season or high season rate. When a cancellation for the current season is received within 60 days or less of arrival date, all payments on record at that time are 100% non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

Adventure Tours Only (day trips): For adventure activities, our cancellation policy requires that you provide a minimum of 48 hours-notice of cancellation, as we have limited tour times on most of our activities. If you do have to cancel we will refund you 50% of the cost of your tour. If we have to cancel or abandon a tour for any reason we will refund all or part of your fee or give you a coupon to come back another time.

Rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change.
Accommodations are assigned upon request at time of booking based on availability.
Arrive/depart any day, check-in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Check-out by 11:30am.

There are no guided activities on arrival day however a wide selection
of self-guided activities are available. You can do an activity on
departure day.



Taxes:

Your activities and all-inclusive package are subject to 5% GST (federal goods
& services tax). Accommodation tax of 8% is not included in your package
price. The GST is refundable for guests who are from a country outside
of Canada. International guests will be asked to provide their full
foreign residence address to qualify for the tax credit.






Gratuities:

10% is a standard service recommendation at The YD Guest Ranch
(which in North America is customarily 15-20%). A portion is distributed
evenly among the entire team by management in accordance with hours
and days worked, to reward performance.





Deposit & Balance Payment policies:
A
deposit representing 50% of the total cost of booking including taxes is
due at time of reservation and is payable by VISA, MasterCard, or bank
wire transfer. Full prepayment and remaining balance is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Credit card details will be kept on file for a la carte billing
incidentals such adventure tours, gift shop purchases, spa treatments
and so forth.



Guest Profile & Preferences policies:

At least one month prior to arrival date, we request that
guests submit the resort’s Guest Preference and Profile Form, which
details personal wishes for activities, food and more. This form allows
us to tailor the itinerary for each individual and ensures that all
details are taken care of in preparation for your arrival. Owing to the
resort’s highly remote location, we cannot guarantee that special
requests concerning diet can be met if we do not receive this form in a
timely manner.






Liability Waiver & Release policies:

While enjoying our wilderness location, there are inherent
risks and hazards. For this reason, we require that when you visit and
participate in activities, you do so at your own risk and sign a
liability waiver and release form. We recommend you obtain travel
medical insurance prior to your trip.






Guest Conduct policies:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who
jeopardizes the health, safety and welfare of any of our guests, staff
and community members, animals and livestock, or refuses to follow the
rules we have established for your safety and welfare during your visit
with us. Similarly, if we deem a guest’s conduct to be distasteful or
lacking in respect, adversely affecting the quality of others experience
at the resort, then that particular guest(s) will be required to leave
the premises with no refund for the unused portion of their package.






Pets policies:

Pets are allowed to stay in tipi/tent accommodations,  Requests
to have your pet stay must be made at time of booking. All pets are
required to be present at check-in upon arrival at the property!  
Failure to notify the resort at check-in of bringing a pet on property
will result in possible eviction from the property and a surcharge
of $100.00 added to your hotel bill in addition to the daily pet fee of
$20.00 per pet, per day.
