Each villa provides you with a spacious place where you can host a private party in an acoustically perfect environment.
hu’u Villas offers 10 villas that range from 174.5 to 298 square meters in size. Each villa has a king-size bedroom, a spacious living room, a private kitchen / bar and a sun lounge. In addition, each villa features inter-villa doors that lead to your private pool. All the villas feature locally harvested, teak wood floors.
Terms & Conditions:
* Rate is subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
* Official check-in time is 1400 hours (Bali time) and check-out time is 1200 hours (Bali time).
* Cut-off time for late check-in is by 2300 hours (Bali time). For late check-in after 2300 hours (Bali time), advance notification is required.
* Early check-in as well as late check-out are subject to availability and additional charge will apply.
* Child below the age of 10 years stay for free, without Extra Bed.
* Additional charges apply for Extra Bed request.
* Due to safety considerations in the villas, children are the sole responsibility of their parents and minders. The management of hu’u Villas will not be
held responsible for any accidents that may occur on the villa premises.
* Each villa room is equipped with a safe box for Guest’suse. hu’u Villas will not be heldresponsible for any damage or missing items.
* Cancellation terms apply. hu’u Villas is not responsible in the event of Guest No-Show or Guest’s Shortened Stay.
LOW SEASON:- Cancellation notice within 14 days of check-in date will not be refundable.
HIGH & PEAK SEASONS:
- Cancellation notice within 30 days of check-in date will not be refundable.
* A refundable Security Deposit of IDR500,000 per night (for 1BR & 2BR) or IDR1,000,000 per night (for 3BR) will be collected by hu’u Villas upon the Guests' arrival at the premises, by cash or credit card pre-authorization. For credit card pre-authorization, the released will be processed immediately upon departure. Please note, however, that it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to be fully released by the guest's bank. This timeframe is determined by the bank's internal processing policies and is beyond our control.
> An inventory check of the property will be carried out upon the arrival and departure from the premises.
> In the event that the check-out inventory is consistent with the one carried out upon arrival, the security deposit will be returned/released on the day of departure.
> In the event that the check-out inventory is not consistent with the one carried out upon arrival, hu’u Villas agree to return the security deposit less any repair cost or replacement cost for any furniture, electronic equipment or furniture or property damaged owing to the fault or negligence of the Guest, within 01 month from the day the keys are returned.
> If the amount for any repair and/or replacement exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Guest agrees to pay the difference due to hu’u Villas.
> Guest is responsible for the actions, liabilities or damage caused by their guests and invitees.
* Guest shall not cause excessive noise or disturbances at any time. Guest shall refrain from loud noise such as television, music, or loud voices before 0800 hours (Bali time) or after 2200 hours (Bali time) that can clearly be heard from the common walkway or neighboring properties. Please be courteous to your neighbors and respect their peace and privacy.
* Lost key will be chargeable at IDR1,500,000. Guests are advised to drop-off their key at the Front Office when they leave the villa.
* Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the villa. An additional charge of IDR9,000,000 per occasion and a 3-night room rate will apply for the downtime to clean the villa. Guests are required to smoke at the outdoor pool deck smoking area.
* Heavy cooking (frying of any sort) is strictly not allowed in the villa.
* Pets are strictly not allowed in the villa.

Parking:
> Parking is offered by hu’u Villas for the convenience of the Guest and only for so long as the original time reserved by the Guest.
> Items Left in Vehicle - hu’u Villas shall not be responsible for damage or loss to possessions or items left in the Guest’s vehicle(s) or item(s) in the vehicle(s) of the Guest’s guest(s).
> Damage to Vehicle - hu’u Villas shall not be responsible for damage to the Guest’s vehicle(s), whether or not such damage is caused by other vehicle(s) or person(s) in the parking lot and surrounding area.
> Acceptance of Risk - The Guest agrees to assume responsibility for the risk of property damage or loss while the Guest’s vehicle(s) is/are parked by the Guest on the property provided.
> Release and Indemnity - The Guest agrees to release, waive, dischargeand covenant not to sue hu’u Villas, its owners, directors,officers, employees and agents. The Guest further agrees toindemnify and save and hold harmless hu’u Villas, its owners, directors,officers, employees and agents from any loss, liability, theft, damage, or costincurred due to hu’u Villas property, regardless of whether such incidents are causedby negligence or otherwise.
