IX.     ENTERINGINTO THE CONTRACT.Contracts shall be deemed enteredinto and produce all the effects provided for by law when consent and the otherrequirements necessary for their validity are met, and shall be governed by theprovisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services andelectronic commerce (LSSI), art. 23 and 24, the Civil Code, the Commercial Codeand other applicable civil or mercantile regulations. If you are a consumer, itwill be understood that this contract is entered into at the place where youhave your primary residence. If you are a professional or business owner, itwill be understood that this contract is entered into at the location of theregistered address and/or premises of the company/entity.

X.  AMENDMENT.The company/entity reserves the right to amend or replace thesecontracting terms and conditions in the event of new economic, commercial orregulatory circumstances and/or extraordinary circumstances that affect thesale of the product and/or provision of the service and/or aspects relatedthereto that justify any such amendment to these terms and conditions. Anyunilateral amendments to these terms and conditions on justifiable grounds willnot, under any circumstances whatsoever, affect the contracting terms andconditions governing those products, services or promotions that may have beenaccepted prior to such amendments.XI.     LIABILITYREGIME.The company/entity will not beliable for problems due to lack of access or problems inherent to Internetconnectivity or electricity networks when the causes are beyond its control orcould not have been foreseen by the parties, or that, if foreseeable, thecompany/entity makes all reasonable efforts to avoid them or they areconsidered acts of god or force majeure.The company/entity accepts no liability whatsoever for any delay to theperformance of its obligations or failure to perform the same in the event thatsuch non-compliance stems from a situation of force majeure, in accordance withthe provisions of Article 1,105 of the Spanish Civil Code. Such circumstanceswill be communicated to the other party as soon as possible. The agreed deliverytimes will be extended for at least the period of time during which thesituation of force majeure existed. Therefore, the holder of the rights expressly prohibits the use orreproduction, partial or total (by any physical or electronic means), by thirdparties, unless there is an agreement or written authorisation to this effect.Access by the user to the website does not grant the user any ownershiprights over the same.
