IN THE EVENT OF YOU EXPERIENCING A MILD FLU AND COUGH SYMPTOMS WITHIN YOUR LAST 14 DAYS OF TRAVEL, MANAGEMENT WILL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR BOOKINGS IN OUR PREMISE.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO DEVELOP SYMPTOMS DURING YOUR STAY AS REFERRED ABOVE, WE WILL REQUEST YOUR IMMEDIATE CHECK OUT FROM OUR PREMISE WITHOUT ANY TERMS & CONDITIONS WHATSOEVER IMPOSED ON OUR MANAGEMENT.

Check in time:

• 14.00 or later
• If guest require early check in, we can accommodate this for an additional charge
  
• Early arrivals may use facilities
• Luggage can be left for safe keeping at front desk
  

• 12.00 PM mid day. Room must be vacated before this time
• If guest require a late check out, we can accommodate this for an additional charge
• Guest with late departures may leave luggage for safe keeping at front desk and may use facilities

• 24 hours front desk will be handling check in & departure
  
• We organize daily social excursions/activities - schedules can be seen on our 2nd floor social area in our KOS.ONE building.
  We are also more than happy to arrange a variety of exclusive local experiences, excursions and activities.

• Each guest is provided with key card for individual cupboards and safety box. Please keep your valuable locked at all times
  
• Management will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items within our premises
• Lost or broken key cards will be replaced for IDR 100,000 fee
