The property has no parking, please park in one of the public parking areas in Leukerbad (i.e. the indoor parking next to the bus station "rathouse").
All guest from 6yrs old must pay a city imposed tourism tax of 6chf per day per person, discounts are available around town upon payment.
Reservations are valid only if a valid guarantee is given in the form of either a full pre-payment via bank or credit card. The full amount of the reservation can be blocked or charged from your card within 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival can only be refunded at the owner's discretion. Reservations cancelled due to Force Majeure can be fully refunded upon presentation of viable proof, a processing fee might be applied (10%).
The property does not have a lift. It is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with major mobility issues.
