Cancellation Policy
We offer partially refundable rates.
Forreservations with a length of stay of up to 4 nights and for the event of acancellation or modification 48 hours after the reservation is made and morethan one month before the arrival day, guests will incur a cancellation fee ofequivalent value to the first night stay.
For reservations with a length of stay of more than 4 nights and for the event of a cancellation or modification 48 hours after the reservation is made and more than one month before the arrival day, guests will incur a cancellation fee of equivalent value to the 35% of the total cost.
For cancellations, alterations within the lastmonth before arrival an extra 50% fee will apply on the amount that results asa reduction or loss out of this reservation's change or cancellation.
No Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a non-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. In this case, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Guest House Access
Only guests registered with the hotel are permitted to access the hotel and the rooms, as we do not accept visitors.
Smoking policy
In accordance with Greek law, Villa Ilias Caldera Hotel has a non-smoking/ non-vaping policy.
Any smoking in the rooms will cause a minimum charge of 30 euros for cleaning and restoring the room to its original condition.
Alcohol policy
Goods news is that our hotel has a bar, named "Yamas". Guests can purchase any beverages through our hotel, in the bar area – then, if you like, you can head back to your room (and of course our pool) to enjoy.
Valuables- Liabilities
We respectfully ask you to look after any valuables you may have with you as the hotel does not accept any liability for losses at the hotel premises.
