CANCELLATION FEE

• 100% of cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged if 6 days or less notice is given.
• 10% cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged if 7 days or more notice is given.
• 100% cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged on buyouts and blocks if 30 days or less are given.

HOTEL FEE

A 3% hotel fee is added to all stays to cover cost of credit card processing.

CONSENT TO TRANSFER

We are a United States company. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen.

By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. PARKING 

You agree to be personally responsible for any parking tickets or violations.  It is each guests responsibility to park according to local laws.

HOLD HARMLESS

This agreement is made upon the express condition that Hudson Hotel Group LLC, its agents and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, or death to any person or property of the Permittee, its agents or employees or third parties, from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said premises or any part thereof during the term of this agreement or occasioned by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by the Permittee in connection herewith, and the Permittee hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the Hudson Hotel Group LLC, its agents and employees from all liabilities, charges, expenses and costs on account for by reason of any such injuries, deaths, liabilities, claims, suits or losses however occurring or damages growing out of the same.
