Terms and Conditions
o The time of entry to the hotel is at 3:00 pm and the departure at11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out could be charged.
o Entries of narcotics of any kind or weapons are not allowed in the Resort. If that were the case, the Resort will denounce the act to the competent authorities and the immediate eviction of the facilities will be requested.
o Pets are allowed with an extra charge and the following conditions: it's mandatory to report and request in advance to the main office, any damage caused by the pet to the facilities, will be the responsibility of the guest
o The hosting service must be paid 50% of the total when you make the reservation. Guests have to sign the policies as guarantee for damages to the facility.
o Villas and houses have the maximum accommodation capacity described in the web page or Presentation was sent. if you host more than the capacity per unit, will be charged a fine of$50 per extra person.
o It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villas or houses, guests must pay the cost for any cleaning at the unit if found contaminated with cigarette smoke.
o In case of misplacement of room keys, controls (TV, DVD or AC), will have a charge payable $60.00 each.
o It is prohibited to alter the order or cause annoyance to other users within the establishment.
o Do not destroy or damage the premises, nor remove or take with things or objects from the resort. Any injury or damage to the facilities will be pay before departure time with the credit card that is in the reservation form, if the credit card is declined, the guest is obligated to pay in cash.
o The resort Is not responsible for valuables not deposited for safekeeping in the reception or forgotten.
o Report to the administration your departure 30 minutes in advance.
o Failure to comply of any swimming Pool Policies will have a charge payable of$50.00 each.
o Failure to comply with any rule or policies will have to leave PLAYA LAGARTO ECO DEVELOPMENT without any refund.
