CANCELLATION POLICY
Terra Booma charges the first night of all rooms/chalets in the reservation made (Booking Fee)
- For booking cancellations more than 10 days prior to the check-in date, we provide a full refund of the Booking Fee
- For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the check-in date, the Booking Fee is retained by Terra Booma and not refunded
- For cancellations made less than 10 days before the check-in date due to force majeure (illness, climatic disaster, COVID 19 pandemic, among others), the reason being proven with documents and tangible evidence, this analysis it is exclusively carried out by the Terra Booma team, the value of the Booking Fee will may remain as a credit for future accommodations.
