1.Reservations can be made by Visa or MasterCard. 2. Prepayment of 50% of your reservation is due at the booking date.
3. Full payment is required 59 days prior to arrival.
4. Reservations made within 59 days or less to check in date must be paid in full.
5. Reservations inclusive of 15 December to 15 January (Peak Season) must be paid in full and are non refundable.
6. Full refund of prepayment if cancellation is done 60 days before arrival.
7. Cancellations 59 days or less notice and no shows will result in 100% loss of booking.
8. Any refund of deposit will have a 10% bank processing fee.
9. We recommend the purchase of Trip Insurance to protect against cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of God or other.
The Hotel is unable to accept responsibility where the performance of the reservation contract is prevented or hindered by circumstances which relate to ‘force majeure’ – including any event which it could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Circumstances include loss due to fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, natural disasters etc
