Altamare Dive & Leisure Resort Anilao (formerly El
Pinoy) is located right at the shoreline of Brgy. San Teodoro, Mabini, Batangas.
The town is
globally known as one of the recommended dive sites in the Philippines that
boasts a rich marine biodiversity, perfect both for divers and non-divers.
You will find free parking in the area. There is
24-hour security at the entrance and within the vicinity.
We serve food and
beverages on-site. Function Hall is available for guests who are coming in for
corporate and social events.
Our 30 rooms from standard, deluxe and suites are equipped with air-conditioning,
LCD TV with satellite cable, coffee and tea-making facility, standard rooms have two single beds while deluxe and suite's have two queen size beds and some even have a sofa bed, also have wardrobe, hot & cold
shower, among some. Each room has balcony with sitting area where guests can
have a relaxing view of the sea.
There is Free Wi-Fi in the rooms, restaurant and in selected public areas, we do have game room,
massage services, non-motor water sports activities like kayaking and
snorkeling (free and for rent), infinity pool and view deck overlooking the coast where you can
watch from afar the amazing scenic view of the Maricaban and Sombrero Island.
For the introductory or professional divers, we have an in-house camera room
and dive shop with gear rentals so that guests can explore our house reef or
surrounding dive sites appreciate everything that we can offer.
The closest airport is Ninoy Aquino International
Airport (NAIA) which is just approximately 90 km from the resort, and the
nearest port is Batangas City Grand Terminal that will take around 45 minutes
of travel time. Altamare is accessible by land travel within Luzon mainland.
You can take a side trip to Mt. Gulugod Baboy or visit other popular
destinations nearby like Tagaytay and Taal Heritage Town.
Please expect 200+ flights of stairs to and from the
hotel, although guests can opt to arrange a boat ride from a port nearby which
is 10-15 minutes away from the resort but prior arrangement will be required and it depends on the weather and boat availability.
Kindly
note as well that some parts of the resort are still undergoing renovation for
better guest experience.

Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Official check in time is at 1400H and official check out time is 1200H. Any request for early check in or check out must be pre-arranged and is subject to management discretion based on room availability and occupancy.
II. DEPOSIT / PREPAYMENT
Full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Should you fail to pay deposit requirement on option date given, the resort reserves the right to cancel reservation. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the resort, full payment for each room reserved is required at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival shall be made by the guest. The resort reserves the right to cancel reservation of any reserved rooms that have been fully paid for.
III. CANCELLATION CLAUSE
Room cancellation should be made at least fourteen(14) days prior to guest’s arrival. Cancellations made less that the fourteen(14) days before reserved date shall be subject to one night cancellation fee for every room reserved.
Cancellation made seven (7) days or less before the actual date of arrival shall be charged in full. No show will incur full period charge.
IV. FORCE MAJEURE
The resort shall not be responsible to the guests for its failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement in case of fortuitous events, labor disputes or any conditions beyond control.
V. BILLING ARRANGEMENT
Payment for room charges will be made payable to ALTAMARE RESORT, INC. Incidental charges of the individual guest’s must be paid directly to our Front Office Cashier prior to check out. Payment can be made in cash or credit card. Personal check will not be accepted. Telegraphic transfers shall be made to the account hereinafter specified, with a copy of the remittance advice with proper bank validation delivered to the resort.

VII. RESERVATION POLICY
The guest must notify the resort of any cancellation or reduction in their confirmed reservations before their perspective option dates. Should the guests default in giving the required notice, the resort reserves the right to charge late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the rate for one night for each and every room cancelled. The minimum number of days prior to arrival also serves as their option dates.
