We are located right on the first road of Thailand called "Charoenkrung road" at Sikak Phrayasi Intersection, which is the center of the commerce and trading from the past until today. We are really close to everything so you can save your money in travelling around the city. You can either walk or catch a Tuk Tuk from the front of the hostel.

- We do not have the ensuite bathroom and the elevator, so please enjoy the steps. ทุกห้องไม่มีห้องน้ำในตัว ห้องอาบน้ำและสุขาแยกชายหญิงค่ะ
- Check-in time is between 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am. THB100 per hour for the late check-out after 11.00 am or the late check-in after 10.00 pm.
- Full Payment is required upon arrival. If you have paid with our travel agents, please present your voucher as a proof of payment.
- If you shorten your stay, please notify us at least 7 days in advance in order to get your refund.
- If you wish to cancel the reservation that you made on our website without any special promotion or discount (i.e. Long Stay or Early Bird), please notify us 7 days before the arrival date in order to receive full refund. However, the guest will be responsible for the PayPal fee which is about 5% of a total price.
- The reservation with any special promotion or discount (i.e. Long Stay, or Early Bird) is non-refundable.
- No Smoking allowed inside the building.
- The use of drug is strictly prohibited. Drug users will be reported to police immediately.
- Observe QUIET HOURS from 10.00 pm - 7.00 am. Walk and speak quietly.
- We provide each guest with 1 towel (for drying your body only, no any other cleaning purposes).
- Key card deposit of THB500 will be collected upon arrival and will be returned upon checking-out.
- The key card must be returned the evening before your early departure.
- Housekeeping service is available from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm only.
- Please clean your own dishes and glasses. After breakfast, please place your dishes in the kitchen sink.
- One Locker/person is provided. Please lock it carefully, we decline responsibility for any losses or damages.
- Visitors are not allowed to the residence area.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hostel.
- Please turn off all lights and air condition when you leave the room.
- No foods and drinks allowed in the rooms.
- Breakfast is served from 7.00 am until 10.00 am.
- Your booking is confirmed. Payment to be made by cash upon arrival. Credit cards accepted with 4% bank fee.
