SFO Crashpad is a cozy and functional co-ed hostel located near San Francisco International Airport, often called the suburbs of San Francisco. We have vast experience in the hospitality sector as well as great knowledge of the city and the surrounding area, we will be able to give you great tips for your sightseeing and nightlife adventures.  BITCOIN ACCEPTED HERE!!! We are your home away from home, you will see from the moment you step in.

We are located 8 minutes from San Francisco Airport and just 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco (driving distance).  The great thing about this house is that public transportation is one block away. 

You will have complete access to all living areas including the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and washer/dryer . There is a 65" ultra high definition flat screen,  movie projector, Netflix, cable 100+ channels, XBOX ONE, Virtual reality gaming system HTC VIVE, Play Station 4 and high speed WIFI in case you work online. Pet-friendly only applies to ADA certified service animals.

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable. 

Disruptive Guests that have violated any state laws or terms and conditions of the property set out by the hostel manager will be asked to leave and any remaining days will not be refunded. 

Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 11:00.

General: 

We have a 24 hours self check in process that allows guest to check in at anytime after 2 pm, only after contacting property first by phone or text message (Email with self check in instructions will be sent upon confirmation of reservation, so please be sure to read it). Regardless, the manager is on duty from 11.00 to 21.00 for any question. 
Late check in can be requested. The latest check out time in this case would be 13.00
No curfew.
We will charge your credit card and obtain payment within 72 hours of check-in if you choose to "pay at property" to insure funds are available.

Terms and Conditions

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND CRASHPAD RULES

By signing this membership agreement you are agreeing to all SFO Crashpad rules and policies and that you have thoroughly read through and understand all local, state and federal laws. Crashpadz is a membership-based client placement company. Its membership program allows members to be pick any location throughout its network.  Guest can stay as little or as long as they want. Guests may choose to pay daily, weekly or monthly, and cancel the membership anytime they want. 

Cleanliness and Hygiene Policy: The Guest acknowledges and agrees that as a shared accommodation establishment, it is essential for all guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene during their stay. In order to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for all occupants, the Guest shall adhere to the following policies:
1. Personal Hygiene: The Guest shall uphold a high standard of personal hygiene, including regular bathing or showering, brushing teeth, and using deodorant or other personal care products as necessary.
2. Cleanliness of Living Space: The Guest shall keep their assigned room and common areas clean and tidy. This includes but is not limited to regularly removing trash, organizing personal belongings, and promptly reporting any damages or spills to the management.
3. Shared Facilities: The Guest acknowledges that certain facilities, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and lounges, may be shared with other guests. In such cases, the Guest shall maintain cleanliness in these shared areas, including cleaning up after personal use and ensuring proper disposal of waste. If you flood the bathroom and do not clean up after yourself or cause water to leak throughout the premises you will be charged a $100.00 (One Hundred US Dollar) water damage charge that will be due immediately or your reservation can be cancelled with no refund.
4. Compliance with Health Guidelines: The Guest shall comply with all local health and sanitation guidelines and laws applicable to shared accommodation establishments. This includes but is not limited to proper disposal of personal waste, avoiding activities that may cause health hazards, and alerting the management to any contagious or communicable conditions.
5. Consequences of Non-Compliance: In the event that the Guest fails to adhere to the cleanliness and hygiene policy, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to providing reminders, imposing fines or fees for additional cleaning services, or terminating the Guest's stay without refund.
By signing this agreement, the Guest acknowledges that they have read and understood the cleanliness and hygiene policy described above and agree to comply with all its terms and conditions."
COVID-19 UPDATE 

1. Our staff work according to a strict protocol, so checking in and out may be a little different from what you're used to. The reception staff are happy to help you at an appropriate distance. Oh, and when paying in the Crashpad, we do prefer contactless/card when possible!
2. If you're sharing a room with people who aren't from your family/household, keeping a safe distance from each other should still be possible.
3. Extra cleaning and other hygiene measures are our top priority. There are disinfectant hand gels located on the table next to the conference table. Soap will be provided in all bathrooms.
4. Facemasks should be worn whenever exhibiting signs of a cold or flu, i.e. coughing, sneezing, or high body temperature.
5. Please wash your hands upon entering from outside.

FAILURE TO SIGN REGISTRATION CARD IS WILLFUL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INTENT TO VIOLATE CRASHPAD POLICY AND WILL BE CAUSE TO TERMINATE RESERVATION AND GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE PROPERTY. IF GUEST REFUSES TO LEAVE POLICE MAY BE CALLED TO ARREST SAID PERSON FOR TRESPASSING. 

1. Pre-termination of contract and rules/policies enforced by Crashpadz is not allowed. Extensions maybe permitted upon availability and prior contract signed remains in full force and effect. 

2. The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full  settlement of bills.

3. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Crashpad property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.

4. Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any  right or interest in the Crashpad premises or any  part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or  visitor. 

5. The  company shall  always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the crashpad premises.

6. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above  terms, conditions and rules, and to refuse service to anyone.

7. Visitors not allowed in guest rooms.

8. The Crashpad reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.

9. The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate. 

10. The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked.

11. In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.   
                       
12. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, including the breach, termination, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the County of San Mateo California, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses associated with the arbitration, including attorney fees, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator."

13.  Respect everyone in the Crashpad, we do not tolerate harassment, profanity, racial slurs, prejudicial remarks or any kind of derogatory remarks made to any staff or guests in the Crashpad and will be immediate grounds for expulsion from the property.

14. Do not physically assault anyone or any improper touching.

15.  No illegal drugs or paraphernalia may be brought or used inside this establishment.

16. No theft of any kind is tolerated and is immediate ground for expulsion from the premises and police may be called.

17.  You will wash all your dishes after eating and cooking with them otherwise for each incident you will be charged an extra $10 and the house manager will be responsible for collecting payment. First incident you will receive a verbal warning after that you will be charged for each occurrence.You will be responsible for making a payment to the manager of each occurrence, failure to do so can be grounds for expulsion from the hostel with no refund.

18.  You will keep all your belongings in your room. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN BELONGINGS.

19. You will keep noise to a minimum on weekdays (10:00 pm) as to be respectful for others. Friday and Saturday are exceptions and noise out is at 12:00 am.

20.  NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE BEDROOMS, if caught you will receive a warning. On your second offense you agree to another $10 cleaning fee.You will always pick up all your dirty clothes and keep rooms neat and clean.

21. If you come to the crashpad drunk or drink alcohol in the crashpad and staff deems you're incoherent and/or starting problems with other guests, management can try to arrange for you to go to another crashpad if there is availability for the night and you will be responsible for any upcharge associated with the move. 

22.  No loitering and talking in the front stairway or porch, if you want to smoke a cigarette you will have to go to the backyard or your car as to not disturb neighbors.

23. You have been given a license to use the premises for the dates of your reservation and this IS NOT A LANDLORD/TENANT relationship. If your key code to get in doesn't work anymore it is because your reservation has ended. For those guest reserving every twenty eight days for more than one interval. Your stay with us was not a landlord /tenant relationship. There is no establishing an estate with your bunk bed and you will be arrested for trespassing if you break the house rules and refuse to leave. In the event that a citizens arrest must take place for trespassing, you agree to hold harmless SFO Crashpad and all staff, employees and management. 

24.  You also agree that any guests you bring are over 18 years of age and have a valid ID.

25. Any disturbances or theft of any kind is immediate grounds for expulsion from the property. Any unused days, you will then be charged the nightly rate and no discounts will apply.

26.  You acknowledge that all rooms at SFO Crashpad are gender neutral and co-ed and you may be placed in a room of someone of a gender other then your own. 

27. You acknowledge that security checks by staff may be conducted at random times throughout the day in the room you have been assigned to without prior notice for the safety and security of the establishment and all other guests staying at the crashpad. 

28. You willfully and coherently acknowledge that you are entering into a binding contract and you are subject to all terms and conditions stated herein.

I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the Crashpad and agree to abide by them.


ALCOHOL AND DRUG LIABILITY WAIVER

1) I acknowledge that SFO Crashpad LLC does not provide, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages and/or legal or illegal drugs of any kind at 465 Verducci Drive, Daly City, CA 94015. SFO Crashpad LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteer workers are not responsible or liable for any damage to myself or third parties that result from the consumption of alcohol and/or drugs by myself or others, to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.  

2) That should I consume alcohol and/or drugs on the property owned/operated by SFO Crashpad LLC, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by myself or that I may cause to third parties as a result of said consumption to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.

3) That should I provide alcohol and/or drugs to family, friends, guests, or third parties on property owned/operated by SFO Crashpad LLC, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by myself or third parties as a result of providing alcohol/drugs. 

4) That I acknowledge it is against the law to serve, provide, or make available alcohol/drugs to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21). I swear and affirm not to provide anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) with alcohol and/or drugs. I further acknowledge that should anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) consume alcohol/drugs on the property owned/operated by SFO Crashpad LLC, I am solely responsible for the safety and well-being of that individual. That I am solely responsible and liable to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium to third parties.   

5) That I have read this waiver of liability in its entirety and agree with its terms. That I have executed the waiver voluntarily and without any inducement. I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might make a claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, waive, release, and discharge SFO Crashpad LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteer workers from any and all liability, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. This waiver extends to any and all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I further agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify SFO Crashpad LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents and volunteer workers for any and all causes of action, claims, or lawsuits that may result from the consumption of alcohol and/or drugs on their property.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, WE DO NOT TAKE A FIRST, LAST OR SECURITY DEPOSIT BUT ALL GUEST CREDIT CARDS WILL REMAIN ON FILE, IF YOU BREAK/DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY IN THIS HOUSE OR ANYONE ELSE YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY. BY SIGNING THIS REGISTRATION CARD YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO EVERYTHING STATED HEREIN.

In the advent of litigation you agree to go through arbitration and each party pays their own attorney and costs.

Contract Clause: Premises Evaluation and Description Acknowledgment

As a guest at SFO Crashpad, located at 465 Verducci Drive, Daly City, California 94015, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following clause regarding the evaluation of the premises and its description:

1. Evaluation of Premises: Prior to your stay, you have personally examined the premises, either in person or through virtual means, and have found it to be in a suitable condition for your intended stay. You confirm that you have inspected all areas that are relevant to your stay, including but not limited to the common areas, guest rooms, facilities, and amenities provided by the hostel.

2. Absence of Defects or Damage: You acknowledge that, based on your evaluation, you have found the premises to be free from any defects, damages, or conditions that would affect the safety, habitability, or functionality of the premises. By accepting this agreement, you expressly waive any claims or demands against the hostel arising from alleged defects or damages that existed at the time of your evaluation.

3. Advertised Description: You acknowledge that the hostel has provided an accurate and truthful description of the premises, facilities, services, and amenities in any advertising material, including but not limited to websites, brochures, or promotional materials. Any discrepancies or variations in the actual condition or features of the premises, facilities, services, or amenities will be addressed in good faith by the hostel, but shall not form the basis for a breach of contract or any other claim against the hostel.

4. Duty of Notification: In the event that you discover any undisclosed damage, defects, or discrepancies in the premises or services after your arrival, you agree to promptly notify the hostel management to allow them reasonable time to address your concerns. Failure to provide notification may affect your ability to seek remedies or claim compensation for such issues.

By making a reservation with the hostel, you confirm that you have read and understood this contract in its entirety and you acknowledge and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
Parking is on the streets only and while it is free parking please pay attention to the street cleaning signs to avoid being ticketed.
We are not responsible or any lost or stolen items.
Please bring your own locked suitcase and locker lock for yourself as we do not provide them. 
In the event that you or a member of your party becomes rude, hostile or aggressive to ward another guest or staff member we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and if there are remaining nights on your reservation no refund for the nights not utilized will be provided.
