To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties.
Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

The Hotel are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel. There will be a $300 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION
If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival.

DEPOSITS

For online bookings made through the Hotel website, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a deposit equivalent to the first night room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking. No refund shall be made if your reservation is cancelled or modified within 48 hours prior to check-in date. No refund shall be made if stay dates overlap 24 December to 4 January, during that year and other selected dates stipulated in the individual rate plan.Unless full length of stay has been prepaid, the Hotel requires a deposit for remaining room charges upon check-in. - INCIDENTAL Charges For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in.
