Property Information

Los Naranjos de Marbella is a Mediterranean style building urbanisation. It is situated very close to the world-famous Puerto Banús and the most important Golf Courses of Europe in the heart of the South Europe.

Our apartments are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible and that you have the feeling of being at home away from home whilst enjoying the beautiful gardens and the tranquillity of the area. With our Reception service and on-call mobile number, you can rest assured that there will be always someone here to help you during your stay. The urbanisation itself was built in 7 phases and offers apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Each phase has around 80 apartments and a swimming pool. Also, as part of the complex there is a group of townhouses of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, all with communal pools as well. 

We offer a transport service from Puerto Banús every 20 minutes (June, July and August) thus avoiding searching for parking.

A supermarket, bars and cafeterias are within the complex area. A public bus service runs to/from Marbella and San Pedro. Only 1,2km away from Los Naranjos de Marbella is the world-famous Puerto Banús. In the port area you can find anything you wish for a fantastic holiday. If you fancy walking you can do so as the way to the port is pleasant, flat and there are nice views along. It will take you around 20 minutes or less than 2 minutes drive if you go by car. If you wish to go to Marbella (well known for its restaurants, beaches and old town), it is only a 10 min drive.

The client has to pay in advance the total price of the reservation and have no right to a refund regardless of when it was cancelled.

1. PREPAYMENT
 
  - SUMMER: From 1 of June to 31 of August
30% of the total Price upon making the reservation
  - REST OF THE YEAR: From 1 of September to 31of May *
30% of the total Price 2 days before the arrival date
  - NON REFUNDABLE TARIFFS: All year round
The client must pay in advance the total price of thereservation and is not entitled to a refund, regardless of when it was cancelled.
Please note that differentpolicies may apply for reservations of 14, 21 nights or more.
 

2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT 

We inform you that at the time of your arrival and to be able to receivethe key to the property, a deposit of 400€ per apartment (+ 150€ if you bring a pet) in cash or by credit card pre-authorization of the credit card isrequired. This deposit isfully refundable upon departure, once the property inspection has been made.


3. MODIFICATION  
If you decide to change the dates or type of apartment, itwill be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellationpolicy. If Apartamentos Serinamar is unable to provide the client with theproperty booked, they reserve the right to transfer to a property with similar characteristics.


4. CLEANING 
The cleaning service and change of sheets will depend on therate you have chosen. Between 16/10 and 15/04 there will be no cleaning service on Saturdays and Sundays.

4. KEY DELIVERY OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS
The delivery of keys outside reception hours will carry an additionalcost according to the arrival time as follows:
  - OFF PEAK (Mid and Low season): A receptionist/concierge to deliver the keys is 20€ before 21:00h and 50€ after 21:00h
  - SUMMER (High Season): There is a 50€ charge for keydelivery after 22:00h
