Whispering Pine: Whispering Pine is home to the original home that was built here in the 1940’s.  The remodeled inside has two bedrooms, both with closets and 1.5 bathrooms.  Whispering Pine sleeps 6 with one queen bed, one double bed, one single bed and a sofa sleeper.  All of our cabins have full kitchens, stocked with china and silverware and pots and pans for your convenience. The backyard is where the real magic is, sitting high on a bluff overlooking Pine Creek.  There is lawn furniture, a fire ring and grill and wide open space to enjoy your time outside. If you find yourself inside you can cuddle near the gas fireplace or watch tv.  The cabin is also equipped with wifi.  You are sure to leave Whispering Pine feeling relaxed and refreshed.  Whispering Pine is welcoming well mannered dogs as of April 2019.  To make sure your furry friend is a good fit please see our Pet Guidelines on our website.

Our newest cabin- Cobblestone cabin is located a quarter mile down the road from the other cabins and sits on its own private 3 acres.  The space has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen bed.  There are two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and the other bathroom has a smaller stand up shower.  The kitchenette has a decent size refridgerator/freezer, toast oven with air fryer, microwave and coffee pot.  There is a gas grill on the patio for grilling.  Kitchen is stocked with all the items you would need to prepare a meal.  The private back patio overlooks the large yard and beautiful revene.  Ideal for 4 guests, but there is a queen size pull out couch in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests.  If you ever feel like leaving this oasis, directly across the street are 364 acres of wooded pines at White Pines State Park.  The Park has several miles of trails, fishing, playground equipment and pavilions for a cookout.  There are several other state parks in the area including Lowden State Park, home of the iconic Blackhawk statue.  Cobblestone Cabin is pet friendly!  To make sure your furry friend is a good fit please see our Pet Guidelines on our website.
