Payments by credit card we accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, you would need to send us a Credit Card Authorization letter, copy of your card information such as card number, expire date and CVV code, copy of ID such as passport or License. Then, we will charge from your card after that we will send official receipt as evidence.
Payments by Bank transfer or deposit: Funds must clear in our bank account prior to the guest arrival. Overall it takes a minimum of 3 business days to clear all processes. You must inform the Hotel when transferring funds into our account once the transfer is done, booking confirmation number is to be placed in the reference field (during banking) as the transfer details.
Proof of transfer/receipt or remittance advice is requested for issued invoices and in case of advance deposits for future bookings or long term guests in-house at reservaciones@casamorada.com.mx
