Late Check-out Hour: 15:00
Late Check-out Fees: $50.00
Late check-out (after 10:00 and before 15:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Travelers who cancel 4 days or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
- Travelers who cancel between 4 days and 24 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged 30% of the booking amount.
- Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Terms and Conditions
- All rates are subject to 10% value added tax (VAT)
- A 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, the balance is due upon arrival
- Dolphin Cove is an Adults Only Resort. All registered guests and visitors must be 16 years of age and over.
- We are a small historic building and as a result we are not handicap accessible
- Free Parking is Available
- All guests will be required to sign a Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk. Resolution of any disputes will governed by the laws of Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
- Registered guest occupying the room must have a valid credit card and matching identification
