Property and Cancellation Policies :
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to reservas@pousadasantafe.com

Cancellations will be charged as follows:
Up to 14 days in advance: no charge. 
Less than 14 days or NO SHOW: 50% of the reservation or security deposit.


It is considered "No Show" when the guest does not arrive until 24 hours after the date of entry reserved.

In case of an early departure the guest  will be charged the full amount of the reservation.


Terms and Conditions

Nightly rates are for two people.
Include a full breakfast served from 8am to 10am.
Children under the age of three (one for each room) do not pay.
For each additional bed will be a 30% increase on the fare.
Check-in time from 2pm and check-out up to 12pm.
Two night minimum stay on the weekends.
Rates may change without notice.
Service tax and other fees not included in price.

Confirmation of the reservation will be through email. The requests and reservations imply knowledge and acceptance of the following conditions:


Payment methods:

For a booking confirmation, the guest will make a bank deposit in the account designated by the Hotel of 50% of the total package. A deposit may also be made with a credit card. The balance is due at check in and can be made with debit or credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). We do not accept checks. We also accept Paypal for an additional fee.
