We are on the ocean side of PCH, so that you're just minutes away from the sand shore to enjoy the warmth of the SoCal Sun. Less than mile away from downtown, it is remarkably easy to explore Laguna's artsy roots. Park your car, take the trolley, and soak in the sunshine on a beautiful day while walking the California coastline.
Pet Policy: We allow pets at a nightly fee of $55.00 for small breeds and $65.00 for a medium/large breeds. We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
Check In: 3:00 PM (early check in, if requested and available, is $35.00)
Check Out: 11 AM (late check out if available is free until 12 pm. 12 pm-2pm is $65.00. Anytime after 2pm is considered a full day and price will be rate the property has for the day, for room type, NOT online price of the day.)
Refunds/Credit: If you are not satisfied with the accommodation, please inform us within the first 30 minutes of occupying the room and we will promptly respond to the situation, otherwise no refunds or credit will be warranted. If guest stays overnight on the property, no refund or credit will be warranted. Guests cannot request refunds after leaving the property given that we've continuously encouraged all guests to let us know if they have any dissatisfaction or concerns.
**WE ONLY ALLOW ONE VEHICLE PER ROOM, ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 CHARGE PER DAY/NIGHT**
Please Note:
We would like to inform our guests that all rooms with ocean views will have a sight of our neighbors homes but will indeed have a gorgeous ocean view overlooking the nice Laguna Beach Houses. We recommend enjoying the sunset on your private balcony (in Ocean View rooms) and looking for sailboats/dolphins. One of our neighbor's home is a closed off lot under construction but there's no active work on it so you won't need to worry any disturbances :)

- Cancellation: For reservations that are not booked through the "nonrefundable" rate options, guests must cancel or modify booking details 48 hours prior to arrival or fees will apply.
- Early Check In: If the room is available prior to 3 PM and you wish to check in early $35.00 will be charged upon check in.
- Check Out: 11 AM; guests who do not notify us about late check out are subject to late check out fees.
