Sans annulation, la totalité du séjour sera facturée.
SI vous annulez dans un délais de moins de 48h, seul la 1ère nuit sera facturée.
Les réservations Non Remboursables seront créditées.
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Vous pouvez néanmoins voir avec votre assurance si vous êtes couverts.
Au moment de la réservation sur notre site, une empreinte bancaire est demandée. Ce n'est pas un paiement. Nous pouvons débité la carte à J-2.
Une fois le check-in effectué, il n'est plus possible d'annuler le reste du séjour. Nous ne faisons pas de remboursement.
Flexible rate : Free cancellation charge until 03:00pm D-2 before arrival.
If you do not cancel on-time before 3pm 2 days before arrival, we will charge 1st night on your credit card.
If you do not cancel at all, it is called a No Show, we will charge you the price of the booking.

Non refundable : No refund will be made by us, but you can see with your insurance.
Payment will be made at check-in or at D-2. Once check-in is done, it is not possible to cancel the room.

Payments
Payments are due to check-in. Le paiement est dû au check-in. El pago se hace al check-in.
At D-2 we may debit your credit card used for the bookings. If it is a non refundable booking we will debit your card.
No cancellation allowed after checking-in. Pas d'annulation possible si vous avez effectué votre check-in. No se puede cancelar la estancia despues del check-in.
We accept only credit card and cash . Nous acceptons uniquement les cartes bancaires et l'espèce. Solo tarjeta bancaria y efectivo.
Arrival / Arrivée
Arrivée De 15h à 20h uniquement. Llegada entre 3pm y 8pm.

Booking of several beds in dorms
Booking of several beds in dorms do not ensure you all beds will in the same dorm. It ensures you beds in the size dorm booked. We have several dorms of the same size. You can book also a private room.
Réserver plusieurs lits en dortoirs partagé ne vous assure pas d'être dans le même dortoir. Si vous voulez vous assurer d'être tous ensemble, il faut privatiser le dortoir.
Si reserva varias camas en dormitorio compartido no es suguro que sean en la misma habitacion. Si quieren estar juntos, mejor reservar una habitacion privada.
Minors
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to stay in private room. Minors are not allowed in dorms except if you privatize the dorm.
Les mineurs doivent être accompagnés par un adulte. Les mineurs ne sont pas acceptés dans les dortoirs à partager.
Minores no se acceptan en dormitorios compartidos.
Babies / Bébés
Babies are allowed only on our Lovers Room.
Les bébés de moins de 2 ans sont acceptés uniquement dans nos chambres lovers.
Bebe estan acceptados unucamente en Lovers Room.
Rules
It is forbidden to smoke in Edd Hostel
Alcohol from outside is forbidden. We have a licence so alcohol from outside is forbidden by french law.
Il est interdit de fumer à Edd Hostel.
L'alcool de l'extérieur est interdit, nous avons un bar avec licence III
No se puede fumar dentro. El alcohol de fuera est prohibido, tenemos un bar.
