- Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation between 47 and 0 hours before arrival: we will charge 100% of the room.
- Cancellation during Christmas, New Year and during the International Balloon Festival: 15 days before arrival 25%, 7 days before arrival 50%, 48 hours before arrival 100% of the room rate.
Reservations for 3 or more rooms
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be communicated in writing.
Cancellation penalties:
- 30 days or more before arrival: no charge
- 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the cancelled rooms
- 8 to 14 days prior to arrival: 75% of cancelled rooms
- 0 to 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of rooms cancelled

All prices shown are per room per night. Prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the current rate of 3.7.% A visitors tax of CHF 3.00 per guest is levied by the Commune of Chateau d’Oex and will also be charged.Prices are subject to change without notice, however, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.Arrival and Departure
Hotel rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.Identification

In the case of telephone, e-mail or Internet bookings, we reserve the right to record your credit card details in order to guarantee the booking. We do not charge bookings to your credit card. However, we reserve the right to verify your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and to authorise an amount. This authorisation does not mean that we charge an amount but we reserve a specific sum for our hotel.
