Our nightly room rate is for ‘up to 4’ guests. Additional guests are $35 per person, per night (up to the maximum capacity per houseboat).

Check in is from 3:00 pm to 5:00 PM EST. If you will be checking in after 5:00 pm please contact us at 305-852-8380 so that we can ensure you have a relaxing and stress free after hours check in. Wealso ask that you advise/contact us if you will be coming in by boat, bringing a boat or trailer or traveling with a pet so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
