Property and Cancellation Policies :
If the traveler cancels less than 5 days before the date of arrival, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the lodging fees for all following nights will be reimbursed.
If the traveler arrives and decides to leave before the expected date, 50% of lodging fees for nights not spent in the hostel 24 hours after official cancellation will be reimbursed.
A booking is officially cancelled once the traveler has received written confirmation of cancelled dates from a Bed & Cocktail representative.In the event of the infringement of one or more of the hostel’s rules, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel a reservation without refund.

Your reservation is confirmed once you have received a payment confirmation message. We will communicate with you by e-mail in order to give you your access code along with important details regarding your stay. It is your responsibility to make sure to have the access code on hand when you arrive, given that it is likely there will be no one present to unlock the door for you.
The minimum age required to book is 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
In order to gain access to the hostel, each individual must have a pod reserved to his/her name. Additional guests will not be admitted. For example, if a traveler reserves 4 pods, he/she will be allowed to be accompanied by a maximum of 3 people during his/her stay.
The hostel can welcome a maximum of 12 guests at a time. It is possible to rent the entire hostel by booking all 12 pods, but it is forbidden to exceed the 12-person capacity.
