CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation please read the following carefully;
Cancellations must be made more than 14 days in advance of your check-in date Payment will be rendered in full 14 days prior to 2 P.M. on your check-in date.
Less than 14 days notice: If we are able to rebook your room nights, a full refund may be made minus a $50.00 per room rebooking fee. This policy also applies to reservations made with a gift certificate.
Less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date: If we are able to rebook your room nights, a full refund may be made minus the fee for your 1st night stay( per room.) This policy also applies to reservations made with a gift certificate.
If we are unable to re-book your reservation, you choose to shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation.
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is due upon arrival and may be made by cash, credit or debit card.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change.
Additional guests in Garden Cottage or Vicky House are $50.00 each per night.We are unable to accept children under the age of 16.
Small pets welcome with prior arrangement only, a $25.00 per day pet fee will apply.
Rates are subject to change and do not apply to city wide event dates as well as ACL, F-1, and SXSW.

HOLIDAYS - CITYWIDE FESTIVALS and SPECIAL EVENTS

Cancellation must be made more than 60 days in advance of check- in date.

Room charges will be paid in full 60 days in advance If we are able to re-book your room nights, a full refund may be made minus a $150.00 per room re-booking fee. Less than 30 days -there will be no refunds.

This policy will apply for city wide event dates as well as ACL, SXSW, F1 and for guests holding reservations for 3 or more rooms. If we are unable to re-book your reservation, you choose to shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation
