Property and Cancellation Policies :
Payment of the Standard Rate: we will charge 50% of the total amount of your reservation on your credit card around 15 to 30 days before your arrival. The rest is to be paid at the Check-in.
Cancelation Policy for the Standard Rate:
- The cancelation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Less than 7 days to your arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount of your stay.
- No show, cancelation within 24h00 from your arrival or anticipated check-out, the fine is 100% of the total amount of your stay.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE:
Payment of the Non Refundable Rate: your reservation will be confirmed only after the payment of 100% of the amount of the reservation by bank transfer. This payment must be done within 48h00 after your booking.
Cancelation Policy for the Non Refundable Rate:
- In case of cancellation, no-show, changing dates or anticipated Chek-out, the total price of your stay will be charged.
Our Tip: whatever is the reason why you have to cancel or change your reservation, we will charge 100% of your stay as a fine. Consider choosing the Standard Rate that will be much more flexible in case anything happens.
